DICK’S Sporting Goods x Nike Nationals
DICK'S Sporting Goods continued its commitment to the next generation of female athletes at Nike Nationals in Chicago, creating a safe space where athletes could recharge, refuel, and prepare for the moments on-court that mattered most.
In collaboration with Nike Girls EYBL, DICK’S showed up throughout the season and brought that commitment to life at Nike Nationals in Chicago. The centerpiece was an elevated recovery area designed around relaxation, giving elite athletes a place to reset between competition, connect with one another, and get ready for what was next.
The lounge experience became a destination throughout the weekend, welcoming a standout roster of athletes including Caitlin Clark, Diana Taurasi, Rae Burrell, JuJu Watkins, Jerzy Robinson, and more. Their presence reinforced the space as more than a recovery environment, it was a gathering spot for the future of women’s basketball.
From ideation to implementation, Position Sports curated every moment to put athletes at the forefront. The environment celebrated the intensity of competition, while giving athletes permission to pause, recharge, and enjoy the experience around it.
For the next generation watching and competing, Nike Nationals was about more than the final score. It was an opportunity to see what's possible when Women’s Basketball is given the space, energy, and investment it deserves. DICK’S helped turn this championship weekend into a moment that athletes,
families, and fans could experience together, and remember for years to come.
Together with Nike, DICK’S Sporting Goods continued to demonstrate what it means to show up for female athletes: creating space, fueling confidence, celebrating community, and supporting the future of the game.
