BHOF Class of 2026 Announcement and College Awards Announcement

Last weekend, our team worked alongside the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame at both the Men's and Women's Final Four to help bring the announcement of the Class of 2026 and the Naismith Starting Five Awards to life.

It started Thursday evening in Phoenix, where we coordinated media interviews with Hall of Famers and special guests at a private dinner hosted by Chairman of the Board and member of the Class of 2004, Jerry Colangelo. Over the following two days, our team operated across two cities simultaneously. In Phoenix and Indianapolis, we managed a content team through back-to-back content car washes, supported Hall of Famer appearances, and were on the ground for the halftime presentation of the Class of 2026 announcement during the opening Final Four games in each city.

On Saturday, we organized and ran the official Class of 2026 press conference at Lucas Oil Stadium and distributed the formal announcement to media and key stakeholders. Additionally, we managed the announcement of the 2026 Naismith Starting Five Awards, posting the winners on the Hall of Fame's social channels and distributing the formal announcement to media.

Our team handled all PR, social media, and content team management for the weekend, proud to play a role in honoring the people who define this game. We are grateful to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame for trusting Position Sports to be part of it.
