Position Sports is on the lookout for team players who bring energy, hustle, and a passion for sports and culture. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines of our live events—creating standout moments for guests, supporting seamless execution, and helping bring brand stories to life. This is a hands-on role that puts you at the center of the action.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help activate high-level events by engaging with guests, guiding them through curated experiences, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand at its best. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event elements, helping with registration or check-in, keeping the energy high, and jumping in wherever support is needed to keep things running tight. You'll work closely with our team to create an environment that’s polished, on-brand, and unforgettable.
WHAT YOU BRING
You know how to show up—on time, prepared, and ready to contribute. You're confident talking to anyone, quick on your feet, and comfortable taking direction while owning your role. Whether you're helping run a court activation or welcoming guests at a retail event, you bring professionalism and a great attitude every time.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
• A passion for sports, entertainment, and culture
• Strong communication skills and an approachable, outgoing attitude
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability on nights, weekends, and key event dates
• Experience in events, retail, or customer service is a plus
• Flexibility to work and thrive in a variety of roles
COMPENSATION
This is a project-based role with event-specific rates.
