Natalie Blair


As Sports Marketing Manager, Natalie helps the company maintain a competitive advantage by identifying, assessing and developing new business opportunities as well as managing all protocols and goals for business growth.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Natalie graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2008, where she majored in Sociology and played basketball for four years. During the summer of 2008, Natalie was one of 205 interns, selected out of a pool of 15,000 applicants, to participate in the NIKE Adrenaline Internship program where she learned valuable lessons in product development and marketing.

Prior to joining Position Sports, Natalie worked with numerous professional athletic camps including: Chris Paul’s Youth Camp (Summer 2009-2010), Paul Pierce, LeBron James, and Vince Carter’s NIKE Skills Academy (Summer 2009) Amar’e Stoudemire, LeBron James and Deron Williams’ NIKE Skills academy (Summer 2010), and even worked as an assistant Varsity and JV coach where she helped the Bishop McGuinness High School basketball team win a North Carolina State Championship.

She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and young son.
